hayamos sentido un poco m\u00e1s estresados \u200b\u200bde lo normal. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Lo bueno es que ahora hablamos m\u00e1s de bienestar laboral y salud mental.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Todos estos acontecimientos han puesto sobre la mesa, la importancia de la <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/osha.europa.eu\/es\/themes\/psychosocial-risks-and-stress\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">salud mental en el \u00e1mbito laboral<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> . <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> . <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Y han sabido controlar mejor los impactos negativos. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Por eso, creo que el desarrollo de estrategias y programas de salud mental y bienestar laboral debe requerir ya, en la estrategia global de cualquier negocio.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span debilidad<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">El \u00e1mbito laboral ha experimentado un gran cambio para tratar de contrarrestar los efectos de estos acontecimientos que vivimos desde finales de 2019.
