Entre los debates eternos sobre el trabajo h\u00edbrido, el aumento de las exigencias normativas, la ansiedad en torno a la IA y equipos cada vez m\u00e1s bajo presi\u00f3n, este art\u00edculo navide\u00f1o repasa \u2014con humor y bastante honestidad\u2014 qu\u00e9 es lo que de verdad quieren los profesionales de RR. HH. estas fiestas.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Diciembre ya est\u00e1 aqu\u00ed y la temporada navide\u00f1a ha comenzado oficialmente.<\/span><br \/>\n<span data-contrast=\"auto\">En la oficina, todo el mundo aparenta ir m\u00e1s despacio: las agendas est\u00e1n misteriosamente \u201cbloqueadas por planificaci\u00f3n\u201d, los correos de ausencia empiezan a multiplicarse y RR. HH. han tenido que lidiar con debates interminables sobre el trabajo h\u00edbrido, una presi\u00f3n creciente por demostrar su impacto a trav\u00e9s de los datos, un entorno normativo cada vez m\u00e1s complejo y una plantilla que \u2014con toda la raz\u00f3n\u2014 pide flexibilidad, equidad y prop\u00f3sito.
