Assecondando un cambiamento gi\u00e0 in atto da tempo, ma accelerato dall&#8217;aumento dello <strong>smart working<\/strong>, tantissimi aspetti delle nostre attivit\u00e0 sono diventati sempre pi\u00f9 digitali.<\/p>\n<p>Se per le persone gi\u00e0 in azienda si tratta di riadattare il proprio lavoro a strumenti digitali ed imparare come rimanere parte di un team coeso e collaborativo, pi\u00f9 complesso pu\u00f2 essere per chi in azienda sta entrandoci. \u00c8 accaduto spesso ultimamente che nuovi assunti si trovassero ad entrare in una nuova posizione totalmente da remoto, senza mettere piede in ufficio e conoscendo i colleghi tramite meeting online. In questo modo pu\u00f2 essere pi\u00f9 difficile comprendere le dinamiche aziendali, imparare a chi fare riferimento per le diverse tematiche specifiche ed entrare in sintonia con gli altri membri del team.<\/p>\n<p>Ecco perch\u00e8 <strong>strumenti digitali per l&#8217;onboarding<\/strong> diventano fondamentali per migliorare l&#8217;esperienza di inserimento di un neo-assunto ed accelerare i tempi di inserimento nel team e presa in carico delle attivit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c8 chiaro che gli strumenti non possono funzionare se manca un piano specifico e ben strutturato che preveda l&#8217;illustrazione della cultura aziendale e degli <strong>obiettivi, individuali e di business<\/strong>. Ma la tecnologia mette a disposizione uno spazio centralizzato in cui il nuovo collaboratore sa di poter trovare tutte le informazioni che gli servono: policy aziendali, contatti dei membri del team, materiali di formazione, oltre ad un calendario condiviso in cui verificare le attivit\u00e0 giornaliere.
