As tarefas correlatas ao profissional de RH devem ser organizadas de maneira que n\u00e3o permitam falhas. Tudo tem que ser perfeito quando falamos de rotinas administrativas, concess\u00e3o de benef\u00edcios e pagamentos.<\/p>\n<p>Um empregado n\u00e3o deixa de ser tamb\u00e9m um consumidor do que a empresa em que trabalha oferece. Desta forma, se a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o deixa de lhe atender em algum aspecto, certamente haver\u00e1 um cliente insatisfeito, acarretando em irrita\u00e7\u00e3o, reclama\u00e7\u00f5es abertas ou veladas, e o pior, queda no rendimento profissional.<\/p>\n<p>Esta \u00e9 uma situa\u00e7\u00e3o que deve ser evitada a todo custo.
