O <strong>sigilo profissional<\/strong>, por exemplo, \u00e9 o comportamento do empregado respons\u00e1vel no sentido de n\u00e3o divulgar ao p\u00fablico ou \u00e0 empresa concorrente, m\u00e9todos, f\u00f3rmulas ou qualquer outra informa\u00e7\u00e3o que possa prejudicar a empresa contratante.<\/p>\n<p>Mas tamb\u00e9m h\u00e1 limites na hora de estabelecer regras de conduta na obedi\u00eancia ao <strong>sigilo profissional<\/strong>. O empregador n\u00e3o pode exigir que seus empregados n\u00e3o estabele\u00e7am rela\u00e7\u00f5es sociais com empregados de empresas concorrentes, ou ent\u00e3o que n\u00e3o compare\u00e7am aos mesmos locais, por exemplo, congressos e cursos, por exemplo.<\/p>\n<h3>Quanto ao contrato profissional<\/h3>\n<p>A previs\u00e3o legal do respeito ao <strong>sigilo profissional<\/strong> est\u00e1 prevista no artigo 482, letra \u201cg\u201d, da Consolida\u00e7\u00e3o das Leis do Trabalho (CLT). Entende-se que a ado\u00e7\u00e3o do prazo indeterminado \u00e9 o melhor caminho.
