Pode ser uma newsletter mensal, com as principais atividades internas e externas, ou uma reuni\u00e3o de todo o pessoal, para se atualizarem das atividades de outros funcion\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n<h3>Problemas de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h3>\n<p>Por outro lado, a empresa tem que ficar sempre atenta \u00e0 comunica\u00e7\u00e3o interna. Um pequeno deslize pode prejudicar a satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o dos funcion\u00e1rios, o que faz com que o ambiente se torne pouco agrad\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n<p>Uma pesquisa divulgada recentemente pela revista Exame aponta que os principais problemas de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o interna s\u00e3o: o excesso de informa\u00e7\u00e3o, a falta de envolvimento das pessoas, inconsist\u00eancia das mensagens, falta de mensagens personalizadas de acordo com os n\u00edveis de funcion\u00e1rios, falta de integra\u00e7\u00e3o da comunica\u00e7\u00e3o no processo de planejamento da empresa.<\/p>\n<p>Por isso, a credibilidade deve ser a principal caracter\u00edstica da comunica\u00e7\u00e3o interna. N\u00e3o adianta a empresa ter um canal de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o bem desenvolvido, pr\u00e1tico e constantemente atualizado se as mensagens n\u00e3o condizem com a conduta da empresa, dos diretores e do presidente.<\/p>\n<h3>RH e a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o interna<\/h3>\n<p>Uma comunica\u00e7\u00e3o interna eficiente \u00e9 resultado de um grande trabalho de equipe, de todos os departamentos da empresa.<\/p>\n<p>E como o RH entra nesse processo? O principal objetivo da comunica\u00e7\u00e3o interna \u00e9 mostrar como a empresa \u00e9 um bom lugar para trabalhar, enquanto que o RH \u00e9 o departamento respons\u00e1vel por colocar isso na pr\u00e1tica, ou seja, \u00e9 o respons\u00e1vel por pensar em um plano de carreira, benef\u00edcios e atitudes para um bom ambiente.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o interna n\u00e3o deve ser vista como uma comunica\u00e7\u00e3o de m\u00e3o \u00fanica.
