They\u2019ve had a great interview, won the job of their dreams, are looking forward to an amazing new opportunity working for you and then&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Nothing quite lives up to their expectations.<\/p>\n<p>We appreciate that orchestrating the activities required to get onboarding right is time-consuming for everyone involved (especially if you don&#8217;t have<span style=\"color: #3399cc;\"> <a style=\"color: #3399cc;\" href=\"https:\/\/cezannehr.com\">HR software<\/a> <\/span>to help you), and you\u2019ve 110 other things to sort out. Like lining up the next batch of candidates for interview or conducting that overdue exit interview.
