This year, the Easter bank holiday weekend takes place between Friday 15th April and Monday 18th April.
During this period the Cezanne HR support team will be taking a well-earned break. However, system availability is monitored 24/7, with processes in place to immediately address any problems should they arise. Our record of service availability is better than 99.9%. Service status can be checked here.
Customers have full access to the online support portal and system documentation at all times and can log support tickets via Freshdesk. These will be reviewed and responded to as soon as the support team is back at work on Tuesday morning. Any general enquiries we receive over the Easter weekend will also be responded to as early as possible on Tuesday 19th April.
