November’s System Release: now live for all Cezanne HR customers
November’s big system release – launched on Saturday 11th November – was another step on Cezanne HR’s roadmap of continuous improvements for the popular HRIS platform. It features several new user experience enhancements and new functionality based on customer suggestions. These include:
- Anonymous Multi-Rater / 360 Reviews
Based on a popular request in our Ideas Forum, the option to anonymise the participants in Multi-Rater / 360 Performance reviews to encourage honest feedback has now been added.
- Performance Autosave
Automatic saving to Performance Appraisal Forms is now available to prevent the loss of unsaved scores and comments.
- Active Directory Integration Enhancements
There were further enhancements to the system’s Active Directory integration to promote automation of access management.

This month’s update is one that adds real value to the user experience. Onto the User Group Meeting
Along with these major updates, the Cezanne HR system continues to go from strength to strength – and 2024 is set to be another big year for the popular HR system. “This month’s User Group Meeting, which takes place on the 29th November, will provide a sneak peak at some of the brand new features and modules coming next year” added Andi. “2024 is set to be a big year for us here at Cezanne HR, and we’re really excited to share our upcoming plans for the system with our customers.
