The release introduces a series of targeted enhancements designed to streamline key processes and improve clarity across HR and payroll tasks.
Continued rollout of redesigned dashboard widgets
As part of Cezanne’s multi-phase dashboard redesign, this release delivers further enhancements to the dashboard experience through the continued rollout of newly redesigned widgets. These updates reflect Cezanne’s ongoing investment in a cleaner, more modern interface, with additional refreshed widgets scheduled for early 2026.
Clearer access to Documents
Cezanne has updated the navigation structure by moving the Documents menu to the same level as the Form Hub. This change provides HR and Restricted HR users with a clearer, more intuitive route to accessing key documents.
Global company email signature
Organisations can now set a global email signature that is automatically applied to all system-generated emails. This new feature supports consistent, professional branding across all communication sent through Cezanne.
Extended merge field options
Cezanne has added a wider set of merge fields to support more flexible document generation and reduce manual editing. New fields include Person Details, Working and Scheduled Time, future Location details, and Compensation metrics.
Payroll enhancements
- Simplified backdated pay
A new option in Regular Pay and Additions & Deductions allows HR and payroll teams to enter a revised salary or pay addition, apply a backdated start date, and have Cezanne automatically calculate the backpay for the next pay run. - Automatic cyclical re-enrolment
Cezanne will now run cyclical re-enrolment automatically once an organisation’s configured deadline is reached, helping payroll teams maintain compliance with minimal administrative effort.
