Cezanne HR adds mobile clocking in and out to their digital time tracking options

The new feature provides a safer and more convenient way for employees to clock in and out of work.

Cezanne HR, the leading UK-headquartered provider of modern, flexible HR systems for mid-sized UK and international organisations, has announced the upcoming availability of an extension to their Time module to allow clocking in and out from mobile phones.

Once validated by the respective stores, the updated mobile app will be free to download from the App Store and Google Play.

The latest enhancement comes just a week after the company released integrated SMS messaging, and reflects the company’s commitment to helping HR teams better support their staff during the COVID-19 pandemic.

John Hixon, Director of R&D for Cezanne HR explains. “Keeping staff safe in the workplace is a high priority for our customers. We wanted to offer an alternative to shared clock-in devices that employees would find quick and convenient to adopt.”

The Time module provides a simpler, faster and more efficient way for organisations to track and manage time. Staff can clock in and out of work via a shared on-site tablet, a computer or a phone, or use the module to complete timesheets online. More information about the Time module can be found here.

The November 2020 update to Cezanne HR’s HR software suite also includes new search options for the Time module and extends the available integrations with third party recruitment systems. Full details are available to customers via the support module.
