September System Release: now live for all Cezanne HR customers
The September system release, which went live on 23rd September 2023, continues Cezanne HR’s programme of enhancements for 2023. Along with a long line of user experience enhancements, there are several updates based on feedback and suggestions from customers. These include:
- Stronger eSignatures
There are multiple enhancements to the eSignatures feature to strengthen compliance, streamline document sharing and improve employee experience. - Improved automation in processes
Users can now automatically kick off processes based on notifications. For example, when a passport is about to expire, instead of a simple email notification, now a task awaits your employee to upload the new, valid document. - Insights enhancements
The powerful Insights analytics module now includes two new features that helps users create action plans and forecasting for future success.

This set of updates follow the roadmap laid out at the start of the year, but includes enhancements – the eSignatures in particular – that have come about through conversations with our customers.”
Much more to come in 2023 and beyond
Along with those keystone updates, the September release also included a new Absence Event Ending Notification, enhancements to the Compensation Planning module, and the ability to send read-only Performance data to other systems.
