With a focus on usability, flexibility, and smarter working, this release delivers key enhancements across the Cezanne platform; from a refreshed dashboard design and streamlined leaver management to advanced payroll improvements and the continued rollout of AI-driven tools.
A new look for your Dashboard and ‘Who’s Off’ Widget
As Cezanne continues to improve the platform’s user interface, this release introduces a redesigned Dashboard Header, providing users with a more welcoming and customisable experience. The Who’s Off widget is the first of the redesigned widgets, with more to follow this year, as the platform’s interface continues to evolve.
Faster, more flexible Leaver Management
HR professionals can now extend or reverse employee termination dates directly from the Leaver screen. The updated functionality replaces the ‘Make Leaver’ button with ‘Change Termination Date’, saving time and reducing administrative effort when adjustments are required.
Introducing AI Beta: Email Builder
As part of its ongoing commitment to safe, responsible, and practical AI innovation, Cezanne has introduced the AI Beta: Email Builder – a first step toward smarter HR communications.
The beta release will enable users to experience new automation tools designed to enhance productivity and streamline HR correspondence. All while maintaining transparency, accuracy, and trust in line with Cezanne’s AI Guiding Principles.
Payroll enhancements for smarter processing
This release delivers a series of payroll software updates to improve efficiency and reporting:
- New Year-to-Date section on payslips – Employees now see detailed YTD figures for taxable pay, National Insurance, pensions, PAYE tax, student loans and recoverable statutory payments.
- Pension export from Payrun – Payroll users can now generate pension exports directly from the Payrun screen, avoiding the need to switch between modules.
- EPS: CIS Deductions Suffered – Payroll submissions now support the inclusion of Construction Industry Scheme deductions suffered, ensuring compliance and accuracy in HMRC reporting.
