Focused on easier configuration, forward planning and greater payroll flexibility, the September System Release delivers a range of enhancements across the Cezanne platform, including:
Plan further ahead with updated calendar libraries
Cezanne has updated the Bank Holiday and Compulsory Events libraries in its core People Management software module, so they now hold holidays for the next three years. With the dates already in place, teams have an easy way to import the relevant bank holidays into each calendar, without having to add them year by year.
Performance terminology that fits each organisation
Continuing its focus on flexible configuration, Cezanne has made the Appraisals screen in People re-nameable. Customers can now use their own terminology when configuring the performance management software module, so that the screen reflects the language their teams already use.
More options for BACS payment
The September release adds three new BACS file exports for payroll teams, covering Bank of Ireland UK BACS, HSBC Hex4W BACS and Danske Bank Faster Payments. The additional formats give organisations more choice over how payment files are generated and submitted.
API enhancements for connected systems
For organisations that integrate Cezanne with other business systems, the API has been extended in two areas. ScheduleGUID has been added to Regular Pay, and the Additions & Deductions API function now supports the delete function, giving developers more control when managing payroll data.
