Forget Eurovision, the football World Cup or even the final of Love Island: the biggest event of the year is just around corner… and it’s moved to a brand-new home!

Yup, Cezanne Connect is returning to the bright lights of London on November 18th 2025 – and we have a superb new venue fit for an event this epic. In fact, everything about this year’s event promises to be epic… stupendous… dazzling… and many other superlatives I can’t really think of right now.

Following the success of last year’s event (which you can read all about here), we knew we had to go bigger and better this year. Well, that’s exactly what we’re doing. And, if you’re a customer of Cezanne, we can assure you this is an event you won’t want to miss.

Don’t believe us? Here’s 8 reasons Cezanne Connect is THE big event of the year for HR and payroll professionals…

1). We’re getting a venue upgrade!

Now, we honestly thought we couldn’t top our venue last year at the Olympic Stadium in Stratford. However, following feedback from our guests, we’ve decided to really push the boat out in 2025, and Cezanne Connect’s new home is the De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms in the heart of London.

This venue really is something special. With a history dating all the way back from 1775, the Connaught Rooms have hosted some of the world’s leading politicians, royalty and celebrities. With its grand Georgian architecture and art-deco interiors, it’s a sight to behold. And, the best part? It’s just five minutes from Covent Garden and Holborn tube stations, and a 30 minutes’ walk or short taxi ride from Kings Cross, St Pancras and Euston train stations. So, a doddle to get to!

2). 1-1 product consultancy sessions return

Forget front row seats – our product experts are stealing the whole damn stage at this year’s event! Along with showcasing new & upcoming functionality (more on that in a sec), they’ll be running exclusive 1-1 consultancy sessions, where you can dive headfirst into the Cezanne features you actually care about. Got burning questions? Perfect! This is your chance to grill our superstar support team, and squeeze every last drop of wisdom out of them.

But beware: 1-1 consultancy sessions get booked up pretty quick! They always get snapped up faster than free drinks at the Christmas party, and guess what? Cezanne Connect isn’t just about us – it’s about shining a spotlight on the incredible impact HR and payroll teams are making every single day. The Cezanne Awards give us the chance to recognise the creativity, innovation and dedication that often goes unseen, but makes a huge difference to organisations and their people. And, this year, there’ll be awards for payroll excellence, customer advocacy, strategic impact and many more… along with some little surprises for the winners!

Whilst Cezanne Connect is where we showcase the exciting new features coming to the Cezanne HRIS, but it’s also your platform to have a say. This is where our customers get to share their ideas, feedback, and honest opinions (both good and bad) about everything we do: from the software itself to the support that powers it.

With 2026 set to be a milestone year in elevating the customer experience, Connect will feature interactive sessions designed to give you a voice in shaping the future of Cezanne. 6). Take a closer look at Cezanne’s modules

8). Excellent food and post-event drinks reception

Seeing all that great stuff is bound to make you a little hungry. Well, guess what? We’ll keep you fed and watered for the entire event; with a buffet lunch and tasty snacks throughout the day. Oh, and we’ll also be holding a fun drinks reception after event, where you can have a cheeky glass of fizz and maybe catchup with a few like-minded people & payroll pros – the perfect end to an excellent day.
