Well, the secret’s out! We’ve officially welcomed Occupop into the Cezanne family – and we couldn’t be more excited about it.
Occupop have been blazing a trail in the development of sophisticated recruitment software since 2017; and, in that (relatively) short space of time, their recruitment and ATS platform has gained thousands of fans across Ireland and the UK. Their recruitment software makes all aspects of recruitment incredibly easy and accessible to everyone at work. So, businesses can hire the best people and build the best teams.
The acquisition and merger of Occupop’s platform into the Cezanne product portfolio is obviously going to be a huge leap forward in terms of Cezanne’s evolution. But, what does it all mean for you?

Occupop will be replacing Inrecruiting
Yup, we’re bidding a fond farewell to Inrecruiting: the trusty ATS which has been part of the Cezanne HRIS for over a decade, and supported hundreds of businesses in finding and hiring great talent. So, why are we making the change?
Well, the main reason is that as much as we love Inrecruiting, we were unable to offer it as a standalone product separate from the Cezanne HRIS. Whilst there are obviously a huge number of benefits of having an integrated recruitment and HRIS platform, we’re aware that every organisation has different needs when it comes to hiring.
We’ve learned that many smaller businesses want the flexibility of a standalone ATS. So, being able to offer the Occupop platform will give them exactly that – an intuitive, AI-powered ATS that works independently or alongside their existing HR tools.
By bringing Occupop into our offering, we can now support a wider range of businesses, whether they need a fully integrated HR and recruitment solution, or just a standalone system designed specifically for fast, efficient hiring.
Secondly, our shared vision of making HR processes intuitive and accessible made this a natural fit. By integrating Occupop with our comprehensive HR software suite, we can offer our customers a seamless experience across the entire employee lifecycle. As our CEO Simon Noble commented:

Hold up… So, we can have Occupop as a standalone platform?
Yes, you can! If you want a comprehensive recruitment and ATS platform, you can have it as a standalone recruitment software solution without the need for an HRIS. This means it’s perfect for smaller recruiting teams, or businesses with specific recruitment requirements.
However, if you do need an integrated recruitment and people management solution, the Occupop platform integrates seamlessly with the Cezanne HRIS. Lovely.
When will Occupop’s platform be going live on Cezanne?
If you have our existing Recruitment module with us, you’ll be migrated over to the new Occupop platform. We’ll be getting in touch directly with clients who’ll be migrated to discuss what’ll be changing, and offering help & guidance on the switch. What does this mean for current Occupop customers?
If you’re a current Occupop user, you’ll continue to benefit from the same powerful, intuitive recruitment and ATS platform you know and love – but now with the added expertise and power of Cezanne behind it. You’ll also be able to continue to use the platform as a standalone solution.

Will there be any change to customer support for Occupop?
Occupop customers will continue to receive dedicated help from their support team. However, we’ll be looking to integrate Occupop’s support with our dedicated UK-based Customer Success Team to offer a more cohesive and joined-up service. We’ll provide more details about this over the coming months.
