HR professionals can now send SMS text messages directly from their Cezanne HR software
Cezanne HR, the leading UK-headquartered provider of configurable HR software systems for mid-sized UK and international organisations, is delighted to announce the availability of an integrated SMS messaging module for their HR system.
The new functionally allows HR teams to quickly define, send and track SMS text messages using the mobile numbers already stored in the Cezanne HR system.
“Being able to get in touch with staff quickly is now a high priority for many HR teams,” says John Hixon, Cezanne HR’s Director of Research and Development. “Since most mobile phone users read their text messages almost immediately, SMS is an ideal way to ensure important or urgent information gets through.”
The new SMS module takes advantage of the secure and robust delivery infrastructure of AWS, helping to ensure that messages reach employees in over 120 countries worldwide. This includes sending SMS messages in a way that complies with specific country rules, for example, to ensure an appropriate sender ID.
HR professionals now have access to a dedicated dashboard where they can easily create and send their SMS messages, and track delivery status. Alongside the option to validate country codes, Cezanne HR makes it simple to send messages to the whole workforce, employees in a specific location or department, or any other helpful grouping. All text messages are centrally logged, providing a full record of communication.
