For many customers, Cezanne HR is much more than just an HR administration system: it’s an extension of their company culture. That’s why we’re delighted to have added the option for employees to update their own profiles to show how they would like to be known. For example, as “she/her,” “he/him,” or “they/them.”

Continuous performance management relies on regular feedback and progress reviews. But, keeping on top of important dates can be really difficult for employees and their line managers.

With the latest update to Cezanne HR dates related to check-ins and goals now appear in the Upcoming Events widget on employee and manager home pages, making them much harder to miss.

And, with the option to tab through dates, and toggle views to look at different teams, planning ahead is simpler too.

HR compliance is important for every business, so we’re always looking to see what we can do help HR teams manage it more effectively. With this release, we’ve turned our attention to our customers in the Financial Services sector.

To help them with their unique compliance requirement, we’ve added a new screen and notifications to the core People module, which make managing information about SM and CF functions more straight-forward.
