Cezanne’s November system release went live on Saturday, 30th November 2024, and it includes a variety of new features that will make the lives of HR and payroll professionals that little bit easier. Here are some of the updates Cezanne users can look forward to this month:
- Easily book absences with the new Microsoft Teams app
Users can now easily book absences from within the MS Teams app on either desktop or mobile. - Streamlined Development Activities approval process
A new approval process has been added for Development Activities, allowing employees to request additions or changes to these activities. - Fairer assessments with update to Bradford Factor
Now, chronic health conditions can be excluded from the Bradford Factor score, ensuring fairer assessments. - Enhanced Payroll system features
New payroll features include the addition of a Payrun Summary screen and pension actions within the Payroll Summary report.
