The Personnel Today Awards is one of the biggest events in the HR calendar, bringing together HR people from across the UK to celebrate excellence within the profession, and recognising those who have made a real difference with their people policies over the last 18 months.
The category celebrates the achievements of suppliers of products and services, and the impact they’ve had on the organisation that nominated them.
“We’re over the moon to have been shortlisted for this award!” says Peter Hall, UK Support Team Leader at Cezanne HR. “It’s been a pleasure working with the Open GI team, and we’re looking forward to continuing our journey with them.”
Open GI are also up for an award, having been shortlisted for the Excellence in HR through Technology Award alongside the likes of Rolls-Royce, Santander and the Co-op.
After a period of significant growth, the company, a leading technology partners to the General Insurance industry selected Cezanne HR to help streamline and improve key HR processes across their international workforce – and almost immediately benefited from an 80% time-saving. Alongside boosting greater efficiency, the Cezanne HR system is supporting the company’s strategic objective to better attract, motivate, develop and retain their people. Open GI has recently rolled out Cezanne HR’s integrated performance management and onboarding modules.
“Congrats to you guys at Cezanne – we have never worked with such an agile and forward-thinking group of people, so we’re chuffed all round!” praised Bernadette Pelster, Open GI’s Chief People Officer.
