2016 has proved to be a record year for Cezanne HR, with the company signing more clients and delivering more new features than ever before. Strong growth in the company’s ‘home’ markets, which include the UK, Spain, and Italy, has been complemented by growing number of customers in other countries, ranging from Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden and Portugal, to Argentina, Brazil and the United Arab Emirates.

“The completeness and flexibility of the HR system and the ease with which it can be configured by customers to fit different processes makes it a perfect choice for organisations looking for a powerful, cost-effective HR system they can tailor to make their own,” says Sue Lingard, Cezanne HR’s Marketing Director.

Cezanne HR is already available in 10 languages at no extra charge and is specifically designed to cope with the complexities of managing an international or diverse workforce. It allows for multiple different working time patterns, holiday entitlement rules, performance review processes, etc. The system, which is based on a modern, scalable, multi-tenanted Cloud technology platform hosted, is used in over 80 countries worldwide with customers ranging in size from under 50 to over three thousand employees.

The company also delivered over 50 significant new features in 2016, ranging from comprehensive document management with e-signatures to smart features for approval delegation, team moves and tracking company cars—plus hundreds of minor enhancements, all designed to help HR teams achieve more for their companies and their employees.

Cezanne HR’s plans for 2017 are equally ambitious. John Hixon, Cezanne HR’s R&D Director says: “We constantly monitor feedback from customers and consultants, and are determined to keep adding new and better features that all of our customers can benefit from. We’ve recruited senior developers, and opened an office in Scotland so we can tap into a wider talent pool. It’s going to be an exciting year.”

Cezanne HR’s leadership in the Cloud HR space was also independently confirmed by GetApp, a Gartner-owned company which has twice ranked Cezanne HR in the top three Cloud HR solutions worldwide. Cezanne HR was also short listed as an EMEA iTalent Finalist.
