London, 2nd November 2026 – Cezanne, one of the UK’s fastest-growing providers of innovative HR software and payroll solutions, is pleased to announce its latest System Release, which is now live for Cezanne customers. With a focus on data insight, payroll efficiency and smarter working, the October release delivers key upgrades across the Cezanne platform, including:
New ways to explore and compare data in Insights
Cezanne has introduced several enhancements to Insights, giving organisations more flexibility in how they work with and explore their data. A new configurable homepage lets users tailor their Insights experience, while the new Captures screen provides another way to interact with data. The new Compare feature allows records to be viewed side by side, making it easier to identify differences and compare information.
Clear insight into national contracts
New National Contract data points have been added to Guidebooks, alongside two new out-of-the-box analyses: National Contract Distribution Overview and National Contract Salary Range Overview. Together, they give organisations a clearer view of how national contracts are distributed and how salaries compare across them.
Quicker setup for additional company payrolls
Payroll teams can now duplicate existing company payroll configurations, making it quicker to set up additional company payrolls and reducing the amount of configuration that needs to be recreated manually.
Easier access to P45s and more export options
Payroll administrators can now download P45s directly from the Pay Run Summary screen, making them easier to access as part of the payroll process. The October release also adds new bank file and pension export options, including support for NEST, NHS and Legal & General.
Less manual data entry during onboarding
For customers using the Onboarding module, the Original Hire Date is now populated automatically during the new starter process, reducing the need to enter this information manually. For Cezanne Recruitment customers, the date also pulls through from Recruitment.
Insights in more languages
And last but not least, to better support international teams, Insights is now available in Italian and Spanish.
