Cezanne has introduced Blind Scoring, an AI-powered tool designed to support fairer and more objective hiring decisions. By removing personally identifiable information from candidate CVs, hiring managers can focus on skills and experience, helping reduce unconscious bias and improve consistency in candidate evaluation.
This enhancement reflects Cezanne’s ongoing approach to AI: using intelligence to support HR professionals while maintaining transparency and human oversight.
Greater accuracy and flexibility for payroll teams
A series of payroll enhancements have been introduced to support compliance and simplify complex scenarios.
Net-to-Gross Payments enable payroll teams to calculate gross pay from a target net amount, making it easier to accurately manage net salary agreements.
A new Contractual Pay Date field ensures the correct pay date is reported to HMRC, helping organisations avoid potential issues with Universal Credit assessments.
In addition, Reference Salary for Statutory Absences ensures employer pension contributions are applied correctly during statutory leave, supporting ongoing compliance with UK regulations.
Faster, more efficient reporting for HR teams
The People Summary Report screen has been redesigned to improve usability and efficiency. Users can now generate reports once and reuse the data without rerunning them, saving time on regular reporting tasks and making it easier to work with up-to-date insights.

As part of an ongoing UI refresh, new style list views have been introduced across the system. These updates bring a more consistent, modern interface, aligned with Cezanne’s design system, to improve usability across everyday workflows.
