The team at Cezanne HR is excited to announce they will soon be releasing the Compensation Planning module. This module allows HR professionals to manage an organisation’s compensation reviews all in one place, saving admin time across a business.

June System Release

Along with the new module announcement, Cezanne HR’s latest system release went live on Saturday 24th June. It’s the latest in a long line of enhancements that have been created using customer feedback, and included the following quality of life updates:

  • Bank Details Verification – Sort Code & Account No. or IBAN – the Bank Details screen has been enhanced with a new Verification option, as well as an override for HR Professionals.
  • New Discipline & Grievances notifications and searches – new notifications and searches have been added to help users keep track of important dates, and report on details of any meetings related to these types of records.

Introducing integrations for Lever and Pinpoint

In addition to the quality of life updates, the June release also saw the launch of two new partner integrations. The first is with Recruiting Software and Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Lever. The second is with Talent Acquisition and Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Pinpoint.

Both these new integrations enable successful candidates to be sent to Cezanne HR – freeing up the time of HR professionals during the onboarding process.

The new integrations we’ve launched with partners Lever and Pinpoint will make the candidate onboarding a seamless process for company using these software platforms. In addition, the system enhancements have also been designed to reduce the administrative workload on HR professionals – enabling them to focus on more value-added activities.”
