Cezanne HR are once again proud to be sponsoring the ‘Excellence in HR through Technology’ category in the Personnel Today Awards.
Now in its 20th year, the awards are one of the biggest events in the HR calendar, bringing together HR teams from across the country to celebrate the invaluable contribution that HR professionals make to the organisations they work for and the people they represent.
With 21 categories to choose from, and entrants ranging in size from global corporates to innovative startups, the awards provide the perfect opportunity for HR teams to showcase their successes. The entry deadline has been extended to the 22nd June and information about entering the awards can be found here.
Why HR success and technology go hand in hand
Sue Lingard, Marketing Director for Cezanne HR says, “At Cezanne HR, we see at first hand the impact that technology has on HR management, that’s why we are delighted to sponsor this year’s ‘Excellence in HR through technology’ category. We’re all about developing technology to improve both the HR and employee experience, and it’s great to see companies having the same passion for tech, and using it effectively to develop their HR strategy”.
The award recognises organisations and individuals that creatively use technology to bring about tangible benefits for their organisation. Last year’s winner, enterprise software company SAP UK, transformed their recruitment process by launching both an innovative candidate assessment app that helped identify graduate talent through Facebook, and a recruitment game that judged candidates’ suitability for a role using data. These assessments were a great success, with the quality of candidate hire significantly improving and the average time per hire reduced by three weeks (you can read more about their triumph here).
If you, or a colleague, have made a similarly significant impact through your use of HR technology, you could be in with a chance of winning this coveted award. If shortlisted, you’ll have the opportunity to attend the glittering awards ceremony at the Grosvenor House Hotel this November. The evening consists of a presentation of the awards, a three-course meal, drinks, and entertainment, with previous guest hosts including the likes of Sue Perkins, Claudia Winkleman, Jack Dee and Rob Brydon. It’s certainly not one to miss!
