Focused on usability, international support and smarter working, the August system release delivers a range of enhancements across the Cezanne platform, including:
A more modern, consistent interface
Continuing its focus on usability and design consistency, Cezanne has redesigned the grid views across the platform to align with its new design system, giving lists and records a cleaner and easier-to-read appearance. The Job Details card on the Personal Summary has also been updated to include compensation, allowing users with the appropriate permissions to view pay information in one place, kept discreetly behind a click.
Expanded language support
To better support international organisations, French (Canada), Chinese and Japanese are now available as a desktop language option. The addition to the core People Management software module helps more employees access Cezanne in their preferred language.
Additional payroll flexibility
The August release introduces an average holiday pay top-up, allowing employers to pay the difference between average holiday pay and basic pay as a top-up, rather than paying the full amount as holiday pay. This gives payroll teams greater accuracy and flexibility when handling holiday pay.
Smarter document creation with AI
And finally, building on Cezanne’s AI capabilities, users can now add merge fields to AI document templates after the initial generation. This provides greater flexibility to refine templates so they consistently pull through the right details.
