Easier access to employee information
The Personal Summary screen has been refreshed in this system release to provide a cleaner, more intuitive experience for customers.
The update introduces a redesigned absence section, more relevant employee information and a repositioned Bio area, helping users access key details more quickly and efficiently.
More powerful workforce reporting
Following the release of Cezanne’s new Insights HR analytics software module, Core Analytics has also been enhanced to deliver a more intuitive reporting experience and deeper workforce insights for all customers.
As part of this update, payroll analytics are now included within Core Analytics, giving organisations a single view of people and payroll data. This makes it easier to analyse workforce trends, monitor key metrics and make more informed decisions without switching between different reporting tools
Faster Clock In / Clock Out exception management
Managers can now view Activities and Breaks information directly from Clock In / Clock Out exceptions.
By removing the need to navigate into individual clocking records, the enhancement helps speed up exception reviews and approvals, reducing administration for managers.
Expanded language support
To better support international organisations, Catalan is now available as a desktop language option.
The addition helps more employees access Cezanne in their preferred language.
Additional payroll flexibility
A new Citi Bank BACS export template has been added for organisations using Citi Bank.
This enhancement provides greater flexibility when generating payroll payment files and supports more streamlined payroll processing.
