Cezanne HR’s development team have been hard at work since last year’s exhibition and are looking forward to showcasing the system’s latest features. These include a new module for Employee Onboarding and Lifecycle management, a hugely popular custom form builder and tools that let HR teams easily manage the deletion and anonymisation of personal data in line with GDPR and their own requirements. With plenty of enhancements in the production pipe line for 2019, more exciting new features will be ready to demo by June.
Previously known as the HR Software Show, the event is for the first-time part of the larger CIPD Festival of Work. According to the CIPD, the shift was made to reflect the changing marketplace and to meet the needs of visitors. It’s anticipated that more than 7000 business leaders, technologists and ‘people professionals’ will be attending the event this year and promises to deliver a more engaging and thought-provoking visitor experience across the two days than in previous years. CIPD chief executive Peter Cheese has confidence that it will be “the ultimate celebration of people in the workplace, focusing on what makes us unique and the vital components that will drive a future of work that is truly human”.
