London, 30th January 2026 – Cezanne, one of the UK’s leading providers of innovative HR software and payroll solutions, is pleased to announce its latest System Release, which goes live on Saturday, 31st January 2026. Focused on day-to-day efficiency, usability, and payroll accuracy, the January release delivers a wide range of enhancements across the Cezanne platform, including:

Faster, more intuitive navigation

Following customer feedback, Quick Search has been enhanced to reduce clicks and speed up access to records. Users can now start typing immediately, without opening the search menu first, making everyday navigation quicker and more seamless.

A refreshed Absences experience

Cezanne continues its UI and UX improvements with a redesigned Absences widget, aligned to the platform’s updated look and feel. The new widget offers both a Tall and Compact view, allowing teams to choose how absence information is displayed. Users can also see the next approved absence at a glance for each plan, supporting better visibility and planning.

Expanded language support

To better support international teams, Cezanne has expanded its language offering:

  • Hungarian is now available on both desktop and mobile.
  • Norwegian Bokmål is now available on both desktop and mobile.

These additions make it easier for employees to work in their local language, helping to improve adoption and engagement.

Payroll enhancements for greater accuracy and transparency

The January release introduces several important payroll updates designed to improve clarity, control, and compliance:

  • A new Employee Pay Summary screen allows employees to view salary details, additions, deductions, benefits, pension contributions, holiday, and HMRC information directly from their Myself record.
  • Statutory and Occupational Adoption Pay is now supported, with calculations aligned to UK legislation and configurable Occupational Adoption Pay rules.
  • Payroll users can now maintain Employer Pension Year-to-Date opening balances, ensuring accurate and consistent pension reporting.
  • A new option to override calculated National Insurance values supports HMRC-compliant corrections within the pay run.
  • A Reducing Balances Import template allows bulk importing of balances, removing the need for manual entry employee by employee.

Improved mobile self-service

On the mobile app, employees can now access a Clock In / Clock Out screen within Myself, allowing them to view and edit their time records on the go. This update will be available via the mobile app in early February.
