Overview

I’m Jackie, from LuumHR, and as a certified CezanneHR partner, I support organisations who don’t have the internal time or resource to manage the detail of the implementation or development of the system themselves.

I bring 25+ years of operational HR experience, alongside system expertise and act as a bridge between HR teams and the Cezanne implementation teams to plan, build and deliver the system.

My approach is calm and practical, working with clients to deliver the system they need.

Services

Project Based Services:

Offering practical support for HR teams tackling system change, new setups, or process headaches.

I have experience in implementing and optimising the following Cezanne modules:

Core People – Absence – Onboarding – Performance – Expenses – Learning Management (LMS)

Typical support will include:

• Data, foundations and design. I take your existing employee data, clean it up, and get it ready to upload into Cezanne. At the same time, we’ll review how things are currently done, map these into simple system steps, and make them clearer or more efficient where possible.
• System build and configuration. I can set up and configure the system in line with your processes, including workflows, approvals, rules, and documents. I’ll test the system from an HR admin, manager and employee perspective to make sure everything works as expected and is easy to use.
• Documentation and handover. I’ll provide clear, practical documentation, explaining in simple terms how and why the system has been set up the way it has, making the HR team feel confident using and managing it on their own after the implementation is complete.
• Training and adoption. I can help deliver training for the HR team, support the rollout to managers and employees, ensuring everyone feels confident using the system in their day-to-day work.

Ongoing Retained Services:

I also provide ongoing support on a monthly retained basis to keep your HR system working smoothly and improving over time. From minor tweaks to updates, it’s smart, proactive help.

A bit about me

I started LuumHR after years of watching brilliant HR professionals (myself included!) get stuck with tools and technology that made their jobs harder, not easier. They’d inherit systems that didn’t make sense, or be handed new software with no training and told to just “figure it out”. After many years in operational HR, I understand the day-to-day challenges inside and out and I also understand how the right technology can work for you, not against you.
