Following a long corporate life working in a diverse global industry I set up this business six years ago to support small businesses to provide my HR knowledge, skills and expertise to small businesses who would not ordinarily have access to such experience. We are an experienced HR team of two with a strong track record across the different industries which has blended deep technical knowledge of UK employment law with a calm, people‑centred approach that builds trust at every level. My expertise spans complex employee relations, statutory compliance, governance, and organisational change. We regularly support managers through sensitive and high‑stakes situations — including performance management, capability, disciplinary and grievance processes — ensuring fairness, legal robustness and clear communication throughout. We are highly skilled in drafting contracts, policies, handbooks, and formal correspondence, and bring a consultative, evidence‑based approach to HR advice. Across our roles, we are known for your empathy, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to balance legal compliance with genuine care for people.
