Acquisition expands learning, development and engagement capabilities to help organisations better attract, develop and retain talent

Building momentum
The acquisition marks another step in Cezanne’s evolution from a traditional HR and payroll software provider into a complete employee lifecycle platform, helping organisations create more engaging workplace experiences from recruitment and onboarding through to learning, performance management and career and succession planning.

Learn Amp joins Cezanne Recruitment, acquired as Occupop in 2025, further strengthening Cezanne’s vision of delivering a complete employee lifecycle platform through a single, integrated solution.
The move follows significant momentum, including the launch of its AI-powered suite capabilities to help HR teams automate document creation and employee communications, and appointing Julie Lally as Chief Product Officer to lead the next phase of product and growth strategy.
