hireful delivers a future ready, inclusive Applicant Tracking System that streamlines every stage of recruitment. The platform centralises vacancy approval, advertising, screening, interviewing, offer management, onboarding, and reporting so teams work with clarity, consistency, and far less manual effort.

Structured reviewing, configurable workflows, and transparent AI supported shortlisting improve both the speed and quality of hiring decisions. The system is built with inclusion at its core. Every plan has access to all DE&I related features. This includes CV/application form anonymisation, extensive EDI reporting, an accessibility suite (aligned to WCAG 2.1) and much more.

Integration details

The integration creates a smooth handover from recruitment to HR. When a candidate is hired in the hireful ATS, their details transfer into Cascade with one action, eliminating duplicate entry, reducing errors, and ensuring new starters move swiftly into the HR system.

• Integration established via Cezanne HR REST API.
• Trigger: Candidate moved to “export to Cezanne” status in ATS.
• Flow: Pop up opens → recruiter reviews/edits fields → submit → ATS Integration Service POSTs to Cezanne API → success/failure returned to ATS.
• Authentication: Client ID/Secret with OAuth 2.0 token flow (access token cached and refreshed automatically).
• Data Sync: Event-driven; occurs on-demand per candidate export (not batch).
• Environments: Sandbox for testing, Production for live usage.
• Validation & Error Handling: Mandatory fields enforced client-side; API errors surfaced in pop-up; retries for transient failures (429/5xx) up to 3 attempts.
• Security: HTTPS, encrypted credentials, PII minimization, GDPR compliance.
