Aviation expert PRO SKY saves time and works smarter with Cezanne HR’s global HR software.
As an expert in the aviation business, the company is always looking for new solutions to be one step ahead of the clients’ needs. Therefore, PRO SKY invented the Find & Fly platform for fast and easy price estimation on group flights, and shares its annual PRO SKY Destination Report. This way PRO SKY is not only able to stand out with exceptional service but also with providing event planers with new inspiration and exact data on the development of the industry.
Putting people first
People have always been at the heart of PRO SKY’s service and, with a vision to have established PRO SKY as the first truly global brand for customised air travel by 2023, the company decided to invest in a modern Cloud HR software system that would help them achieve their ambitions.
“HR administration was taking far too much time and, with data held in multiple spreadsheets and documents, we were struggling to generate the reports we needed to make effective decisions and support wider HR initiatives”, explains Miriam Mathwich, Director People for PRO SKY. “We knew we needed to find a smarter approach.”
The company embarked on a thorough vetting process, reviewing a number of different HR systems in detail, before selecting Cezanne HR’s global Cloud HR software.
“The Cezanne HR system was user friendly, ticked the majority of our boxes, including security, which was critical to our IT team, and was exceptionally good value for money”, says Miriam.
Cezanne HR’s approach during the sales process was also a deciding factor. “I really liked the honesty and patience of the Cezanne HR consultant, and that they were able to arrange for me to speak to an existing customer,” she explains.
Getting started
Cezanne HR worked closely with PRO SKY to help get the system set up, and the company was able to get started with the first two modules that they’d selected, People and Absences, within a couple of months.
“The support we’ve had from Silvia has been terrific”, says Miriam. “Most things were very straightforward and easy, and when we had questions, we could post them to the support portal and get an answer quickly.”
Positive results
Miriam says that the new HR system has been well received by employees and their managers. “There is always some resistance to change, but overall the response has been very positive. Everyone appreciates having a much easier way to check holiday entitlements and request time off, and for managers the reporting is popular.”
Fast access to accurate data is also a real win for Miriam. “I am able to run reports – like salary history – in seconds, so that I can make comparisons and better prepare for salary reviews.”
She also singles out document management, and the flexibility the absence management module gives them to reflect the differences across their global workforce, as particularly useful. “I love the absence plans, and the ability to send out and track documents for online signature.”
Looking to the future
Miriam is planning to get started with Cezanne HR’s integrated performance management module next. This will allow the HR team to set up appraisal forms, automate their distribution, and ensure that performance data is always visible to those who need it. “It’s been a pleasure working with Cezanne HR”, says Miriam. “For a company of our size the system is perfect, and I’d certainly recommend it to others.”
