If you can’t find an answer in the online help provided within your Cezanne HR system, you’ll need to talk to your HR team. They’ll be able to reset your Cezanne HR password, explain how they’ve configured the system and help you access to features you may need to use.

As a Cezanne HR customer you have free access to mobile apps that make it simpler to check your holiday entitlements, request time off, log a sickness absence, complete timesheets, clock in or out and get in touch with colleagues from wherever you are. As a manager, you can check and approve requests in just a few clicks.

Your Cezanne HR service includes free access to a dedicated online support portal and support team, as well as regular product updates, release announcements and features guides.

 

Support portal

HR administrators can access the extensive online support portal 24/7. This allows you to search for articles and webinars, post or vote on ideas for future enhancements and raise a query with our support team. If you don’t have a login, please email support@cezannehr.com

Support tickets

The fastest way to get in touch with our support team is to post a question in the support portal. This automatically generates a ticket that will be routed to the first available consultant. You can also raise a ticket by emailing support@cezannehr.com. Learn more about support.
