Six steps to implementation

As soon as you’ve confirmed when you want your service to start, we’ll provide you with resources and support to get you going. Obviously, it’s up to you to decide the best approach, but we’d recommend following these steps:


Visit your secure support portal and take a look at the documentation and videos we’ve created for you. You will have a better understanding of what’s covered in any successful implementation, and where to go if you have questions.


Confirm your “getting started” sessions with one of our implementation experts. They’ll talk you through how to configure the key elements of your HR system so they fit your needs. If you have booked additional services, they’ll schedule these in for you too.


Book yourself onto one or more of the HR administrator training course(s). These aren’t mandatory, but they are highly recommended! You’ll find it a lot easier to get the most out of your system if you really know what it’s capable of.


We’ll take you through how best to prepare your HR data to ensure a smooth, accurate data upload. If you have complex processes to support, or performance plans you want to implement, it’s good to talk these through too.


Once your data is uploaded, and configurations complete, it’s always a good idea to check the system is working as you expect before you roll it out to everyone. That way, if there are any glitches, you should be able to spot them. It’s a good time to ask a few colleagues to test out the system too.
