Easy online access

You’ll benefit from 24/7 access to our dedicated support portal, where you’ll find scores of getting started guides and expert articles covering every aspect of your Cezanne HR system.

Office-hours support

During UK office hours, our support experts are hard at work answering customer questions. All support queries are managed centrally and prioritized, so we can respond as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Product updates

As part of your support service, we’ll send out release notes and invite you to join live webinars covering new features and best practices. Webinars are recorded and available through the support portal.

Our support process

What we do

As soon as you log a question in the support portal, it is automatically forwarded to our support team who prioritize it based on the impact it’s having on your use of the system. That way we ensure that we respond as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Generally, we’ll contact you via email. In some cases, we may point you to a knowledge base article or online help for your answer. Or we may make use of online meeting tools so that we can share screens and look at specific issues together. Whatever our approach, our philosophy is that your success is our success, and our team of support and product experts will do their best to help you.
