What we do

As soon as you log a question in the support portal, it is automatically forwarded to our support team who prioritize it based on the impact it’s having on your use of the system. That way we ensure that we respond as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Generally, we’ll contact you via email. In some cases, we may point you to a knowledge base article or online help for your answer. Or, we may make use of online meeting tools so that we can share screens and look at specific issues together. Whatever the approach, our philosophy is that your success is our success, and our team of support and product experts will do their best to help you.

You can log a support question at any time. The support team works from 9 am to 5.30 pm GMT Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.
