Boiron streamlines workforce management and employee performance with Cezanne HR

  • Boiron will use Cezanne’s HR and performance management software to manage a team of 150 professionals at the international pharmaceutical company’s operations in Spain.
  • Future plans include the option to add new modules from the Cezanne HR suite, and extend use of the system to some of the other countries where the company operates.

Madrid. November 25, 2014. Cezanne HR, a leading provider of smart online human resources software for mid-sized and growing businesses has announced that the Spanish operation of Boiron, a global manufacturer of homeopathic medicines, is to implement Cezanne HR’s modules for people and performance management.

The agreement between the two companies has been reached thanks to the involvement of BLC Group, Spain’s foremost consultancy focused on employee management. The consultancy’s objective was to provide Boiron with a reliable, innovative and proven HR solution for managing the team, and deliver the insight needed to focus on an essential part of the business – the people.

With Cezanne HR, Boiron can automate and streamline all of the tasks related to human resources management; benefit from improved integration with other business processes; and allow the HR function to develop its real potential within the company.

For the initial implementation, Boiron has selected Cezanne’s modules for People and Performance. People sits at heart of the Cezanne HR HR suite and will allow Boiron to easily and record personal and work-related information in a centralised, secure system. As well as systematically capturing data about employment history, skills and qualifications, salary, benefits, training, etc., the company can create and share reports to facilitate decision-making.

With the Performance Management module, Boiron will be better able to set up performance plans and measure outcomes. The system provides valuable information that will help them identify development needs, action plans and/or compensation recommendations.
