Global software consultancy Casewise is using on-line HR system Cezanne HR to streamline its people processes and support ambitious growth plans.

Casewise helps over 3,000 client organisations use the latest technology to streamline and optimise their business operations. Established for 25 years, it has a head office in London and staff spread across Europe, US and the Middle East.

Global HR Manager Mohammed Al-Khalifa joined the business at the end of last year to develop an HR strategy linked to the business growth and operational goals, and to select and implement an HR software solution

Mohammed launched Cezanne HR at Casewise, as he was aware of the HR system from a previous role and so brought it into the business with immediate effect.

“The main priority was to get all employee data into one central place and to make it easy for staff to access the HR information they needed,” he said.

With a workforce spread across the globe, it was also important for the business to have a system that was hosted in the Cloud, so employees could access information and update their details from wherever they might be.

“We needed something that was user friendly, offered employee self-service, had good help desk support – and could grow alongside us as we pursue our plans to expand into two new countries every year,” said Mohammed.

Implementation was a straightforward process and Casewise were able to get up and running within just a few weeks. The services team at Cezanne HR helped to manage the transfer of data onto the new system and after attending a training day, Mohammed was able to begin rolling the system out.

He held a briefing session for managers, who were equipped with easy to use guides to help them through the early days. The UK came on stream first, followed by France and the US, and reaction from employees has been extremely positive.

Although only two months after initial implementation, Casewise is already beginning to see the benefits of the system.

Mohammed also feels that Cezanne HR is helping improve communication and networking across the business. “It encourages more interaction globally” he says.

Looking further ahead, the business plans to introduce the performance management module and to make full use of the reporting tools included with the system to generate information to support business decisions.
