Every year we look forward to bringing users of Cezanne HR together to connect with each other, and with us, and share ideas.

For the teams at Cezanne HR, it is an invaluable opportunity to meet face to face, thank customers for their continued support, discuss product plans and listen to feedback, which directly influences development priorities. And, given the number of requests we had to run a virtual event, we know that the user day is popular with many of our customers too.

So, for 2021, instead of a full-day onsite event with breaks for networking and one-to-one consultations, we held a half-day online session covering company news and product plans, followed by an online networking event. We were delighted that so many customers were able to join us, and that they took the time to interact with our teams during the presentations and afterwards.

Highlights of the online event included announcements about the evolution of our customer support services, and demonstrations of some of the new features and modules planned for release in 2021.

These included:

  • Insights: a preview of the new advanced analytics and reporting module
  • Employee Engagement: an overview of pulse surveys
  • Dashboard widgets: further additions to the already very popular configuration options for own-branding and customising dashboard content to improve the employee experience
  • Payroll: additional developments for our UK payroll module

Existing customers of Cezanne HR can access a recording of the presentations, and provide input into future development priorities, via the support portal.
