Helping managers ensure business coverage is now a whole lot easier thanks to the latest update to Cezanne HR’s absence management module.

We’ve revamped the approval request email to not only show the details of the employee’s holiday request, but information about team members who may have conflicting absences – including being on training, or working from home.

Managers can either approve the holiday request directly from the email, or open it in the system if they need to investigate further, or reject the request.

It’s a fail-safe approach to faster decision-taking your managers will appreciate, and just one of the great new features we’ve added to the absence module in this month’s release.

These include adding the ability to make absence reasons mandatory on a plan-by-plan basis; extending the document upload options; and adding more searches for multi-approver – all part of our commitment to respond to suggestions made by customers.
