The international expenses specialist, webexpenses, has kickstarted the global roll out of a new HR system from Cezanne HR, the leading provider of Cloud HR software for mid-sized and growing UK and international businesses.
Webexpenses, with offices in the UK, Australia and the US, has started the implementation with the installation of the People Management and Absence Management modules in its UK headquarters. This will be followed in a matter of weeks by a similar roll out in Australia and the US before the company then goes live with the Performance Management module to coincide with its established performance reviews and appraisals calendar.
Explaining the rationale behind the decision to select Cezanne HR, webexpenses’ Head of HR, Melanie Guy, said: “We had outgrown our legacy HR system and are expanding rapidly so I was looking for a more robust and sophisticated solution that could help us manage this growth. As a provider of genuine Cloud-native, SaaS services ourselves, I was also determined to partner with a company with an equally up-to-date approach.”
With HR software, especially, it can be challenging to cut through the smoke and mirrors and identify which companies have just Cloud-enabled older solutions, and which ones have rebuilt them to take advantage more cost-effective ways of delivering software.
A key benefit of the Cezanne HR system is that new enhancements are added every month, often in response to customer requests. Updates are delivered seamlessly, as part of the subscription service, so customers always have the latest features at their fingertips at no extra cost.
